CYP - two in one
CYP has introduced two new products - the PUV-1550S-TX transmitter and the PUV-1550S-RX receiver - scalers with HDBaseT 2.0 support. Thus, these devices do not simply scale, but also transmit the HDMI 2.0 or DVI signal over the twisted pair. When using a CAT7 cable, it is 100 meters, or 70 meters according to CAT5e / 6. All resolutions are available up to 4096x2160 / 60 (YUV 4: 4: 4).
Installers received a 2-in-1 solution: a full-scale scanner plus 1: 2 extension cords, which means even more control over the installation. Thanks to HDBaseT 5Play ™, the devices work with uncompressed video and high-definition audio, control signals (bi-directional IR + through-end RS-232) and Ethernet 100BaseT networks. And all this - one cable twisted pair, including the transfer of power 48 V (PoH).
The PUV-1550S-TX transmitter module additionally converts digital audio from the HDMI or reverse audio channel (from the receiver's TOSLINK input) to a balanced stereo signal and outputs to the Phoenix terminal connectors. Up-scaling of Full HD signals up to 4K is available and the reverse conversion of 4096x2160p to 1080p is maintained while maintaining the original frame rate. It also converts UHD (4: 4: 4) to UHD (4: 2: 0).
Receivers-splitters PUV-1550S-RX support embedded LPCM audio up to 7.1, Dolby Digital 5.1, DTS 5.1, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos and DTS-HD Master Audio. In addition to the PUV-1550S-TX, they are compatible with the transmitters PUV-1510TX and PUV-1530TX. The 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port allows you to connect video equipment to a LAN (local area network). This is a truly multi-faceted solution in the budget segment.
