The active HDMI cable Procab - TRUE 4K at a distance of 15 meters!

Belgian manufacturer Procab is widely known for its professional audio cables and stage switching. In addition, the company's assortment of a large number of power and network cables, cable reels, adapters and accessories - more than 4000 items. The company also tracks all trends in the AV market and produces innovative products, such as the new 4K HDMI cable from the Classic line.

CLV104K transmits "TRUE 4K UltraHD" signal from the High Speed HDMI source to the 4K display without fading. Full 4K signal resolution up to 4K / 60 (2160p, 4: 4: 4), as well as Ethernet, up to 32 channels of audio with ARC (reverse audio channel) and CEC (control signals) with a stream rate of up to 18 Gbit / s transfer to 10 or 15 meters designed two models — CLV104K/10 (€155) , CLV104K/15 (€192) respectively. Naturally, CLV104K backward compatible with all previous versions of HDMI - i.e. you can easily connect a DVD player to 4K TV or, conversely, a 4K source to a FullHD TV.

Innovation in this case is not an empty sound. In the connector connected to the display, a repeater amplifier ( RedMere technology —  how is it work). In this way CLV104K  can be called active and directional (from source to display, according to labeling).

And about the quality of performance. Conductors 24 AWG from OFC (oxygen-free copper of high purity) and equipped with gold-plated contacts are enclosed in a flexible PVC sheath. To protect against noise and interference caused by external devices, triple shielding is used - two layers of foil with a live grounding and a copper braided shield.
